1. Incorrect Item

In the case of receiving an incorrect item, please contact us for exchange or refunded WITHIN 14 DAYS.

* We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).

Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

2. For Re-manufactured Toner / Ink Cartridge

We provide one year warranty for all re-manufactured consumables. Goods can be replaced one for one if there are any problems (except deliberate damage).

*Replacement of goods will not be accepted if the order date is over one year.

*Payment of good will be charged if the defective good is not our product.

*Payment of good will be charged if the good is functional after checking.

*The charge will be applied pro rata if the weight of good does not meet the standard. (weight less than 70% of the original weight)

3. For Original Toner / Ink Cartridge

All Original consumables we sell have one year warranty. Defective good can be replaced after sending to the manufacturer for checking (except deliberate damage).

*Replacement will not be accepted if the order date is over one year.

*If the good has no problem after checking by the manufacturer, it will be returned to the customer.

*We do not accept one for one replacement for all original consumables as it needs time to check by the manufacturer.

4. Other Products

For the goods which the manufacturer does provide Warranty, the defective good is needed to return to the manufacturer for checking and repair within the warranty period.

For the goods which the manufacturer does provide On-site warranty, please contact the manufacturer for checking.

*We do not accept one for one replacement as it needs time to check by the manufacturer.
